I fell like Moore's film was very controversial and took a very left sided view point. I also think some of his arguments are just speculation and not really facts. I said this because there was a part in the film where president Bush was at the school with the kids and he was just informed of the second plain hitting the world trade center, and Moore says what he thinks President Bush is thinking of. But he just made up or speculated what Bush was thinking. It also made Bush seem as if he didn't know what to do, but we saw in the other film that Bush was just trying to keep everything calm. I'm not defending Bush, but I think some of Moore's arguments were taken a little too far.

  1. Moore's perspective is definitely skewed. For a documentary it feels his views are being pushed into the viewers skull. At times its almost like a conspiracy theorist was on the screen. I would rather be given the facts, hopefully all of them, and be able to decide for myself than have someone interpret them for me.

  2. I agree but because Moore`s arugments are very left sided some of his statements are going to be that way plus nobody will really know what Bush was thinking at that point in time

  3. Michael Moore's arguments were more one sided and he put down President Bush a lot. But in the beginning when they were talking about how Al Gore was projected to win but then one guy who was a family member to George Bush said he was going to win. That went to Fox News, and everyone started to then believe that because it was Fox news. I thought that was very unfair to Al Gore. With President Bush and the 9/11 attacking, I feel he could have done some more than just vacation. Michael Moore had it more far fetched than it was, but he could have maybe done something more. When he was in the Elementary school and they showed him just sitting after hearing about the second plane crashing. I can understand that was just thinking for a couple minutes. I mean how else would you take something in that deep? You have to entire country on your shoulders.
